It is time to celebrate 2 years of bringing fitness to Pittsburgh. On April 1, 2013, Industrial Athletics opened its doors and started offering CrossFit. Since then, we have tripled in size, both in membership and space. We have added a professionally built pullup rig, different fitness classes, and have created friendships that will last a lifetime. Thankfully, this isn’t it for us. We can’t wait to see what the next year will bring. As our membership and Community continues to grow, we will continue to make sure we are offering a top-notch product. Today we celebrate our Community. It is thanks to you that we are here today.
Today’s WOD will start at 9am. This WOD was created for our first cookout back in April of 2013. It was designed to encompass everything we do in CrossFit and be the first introduction that graduates from our Fundamentals Program have to a regular CrossFit workout. “The Fundamentals” WOD hits everything from weight lifting, to gymnastics and cardio. We will run stagger started heats until everyone finishes. Then we eat.
