It is April Fools Day! It is also our 2 YEAR ANNIVERSARY. 2 years ago, we opened our doors for the first CrossFit WOD at Industrial Athletics, the home of CrossFit Alloy. It has been thanks to all of our member and great Community that we have made it this far. We started at a tiny 1800 sqft. Today, we are over 3400 sqft with more room to grow. Our membership has tripled, our services have grown, the attendance at social events is the highest ever, our CrossFit classes are packed, and we have continued to increase our presence in local competitions. If you have done anything at Industrial Athletics in the last 2 years, you have played a roll in getting us here. THANK YOU.
For the first WOD of year 3, we are throwing it back to a classic CrossFit ladies WOD. This is also a favorite of Industrial Athletics. The combination of two gymnastics movements and a weighted movement is a great combination to test overall ability.
