It is week #2 of the 2015 Games Open Season. Â Every week for 5 weeks CrossFit releases the Open workout. Â The Open is the first step in qualifying for the CrossFit Games. Â If you are registered on the CrossFit Games Website, you can submit your scores for each workout and see how you compare across the world. Â If you are not registered, no big deal, we all participate as a Community.
There will be no Olympic Lifting on Friday nights during the Open.
