This is it. The final workout for the 2015 Reebok CrossFit Games Open has been released. This season has been amazing at Industrial Athletics. The Open demonstrated that dedication to our programming has truly paid off. People who never did Muscle Ups in a WOD before did 14. People who never did handstand pushups to a level surface did 6. The first week saw huge PR’s in the Clean and Jerk. We can’t wait for another year of programming to see where we are in the 2016 CrossFit Games Open. Thank you for everyone who has participated and helped.
