SETTING YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
One of the top issues we hear that prevent people from starting a fitness program is that they don’t know what to do in the gym. Don’t worry, we got you. During this 4 week Program, you will work one-on-one with a coach who will teach you everything you need to know. We will also teach you how to modify movements so you can do them regardless of your current fitness level. Scared of big heavy weights and big muscle heads? Don’t worry, that’s not us.
The Essentials of a Healthy Diet
Do you need help with you diet? We’ve got you covered there to. As part of this 4 week Program, we will help you determine the a nutrition program that works best for you and fits with your lifestyle. We start by determining what you eat. Next, we will look at how much and how often you eat. Then, we start making small, but practical, changes to your diet. Each step is easy to accomplish and makes you one step healthier.
Super Small Group Classes
If and when you are ready, you can join our small group classes. We purposefully keep them small so you get plenty of attention from the Coach. Think of it like one-on-one training in a group setting. The group coach will take you through each class from start to finish. He/she will make sure you know what you are doing and will keep you motivated to get the best possible results.
