All Classes are Cancelled for time. We have a team competing in the Muscle Up for Muscular Dystrophy Competition at CrossFit U-Town today. Matt, Mel, Fireman Dave, and Rachel will be competing together and representing Industrial Athletics. We encourage fellow members to make the easy trek to Uniontown to help cheer on our team.

It is scheduled to start around 8:00am and run until around 3:00pm.
If you have never attended a CrossFit competition, or are new to our Community, this is a great way to see the local CrossFit Community at large and see how you can apply your fitness as you develop if competition is something you want to try.
Don’t forget to wear your Industrial Athletics t-shirt, CrossFit Alloy t-shirt, or your blue and white.
