Can you believe that on April 1, 2014, Industrial Athletics, the Home of CrossFit Alloy will have been open for 1 year. We made it! Look how our family has grown from day one to today. We remember when we used to have 3 people in 5:30pm classes. Those days are long gone and we would never go back.
Always looking for an excuse to party, our anniversary sounds like a good one. Because our anniversary is in the middle of the week, we will be having our party on Saturday, April 5, 2014. For those who remember the monthly cookouts last summer, this one will be similar. We will start early in the morning, run a WOD, and then have a cookout. The WOD will be a team WOD, probably teams of 4. For the cookout, we will provide some meat and other side, beer, and water. As always, our cookouts are potluck. We will have a signup sheet for attendance and what you are bringing in the gym soon.
