It is almost the end of the month. That means another Party. We have had some dedicate Fundamentals athletes this month. This month’s party will be will held on Monday, September 2, 2013. The event will kick off at 10:o0am for the workout. We will run heats until everyone is nice and sweaty. Then we will cook out and eat. A sign up sheet will be posted on the main table this coming week. Please, please, please sign up if you plan to attend. Because it is a holiday weekend, we know that some of you will have prior obligations.
Also, because of the Holiday, the WOD MAY be different. You might have to come to find out.
