Don’t forget, the Winter Chiller is this morning at the Falcon Center on the Campus of Fairmont State University. We have a lot of athletes competing and would love to see everyone wearing their Industrial Athletics/CrossFit Alloy gear. The Competition kicks off at 9am, so be early.

Because of the Competition, and the number of people we have competing, we are canceling all of our Saturday classes in order to give everyone the chance to come down to West Virginia. Sunday Open Gym schedule will be as normal.
