Announcement: March CrossFit Fundamentals Course

March is right around the corner, and that means the March CrossFit Fundamentals course.  For March, there will be some BIG CHANGES.  First, we are reducing the course from 8 classes to 5.  That’s right, instead of the Fundamentals program lasting for the entire month, it will be completed in 5 classes that last 1 hour.  That means each Fundamentals member will finish the course in almost half the time and be able to join the regular CrossFit class faster than ever!

Second, we are changing the Fundamentals Classes from 2 days a week to 3.  So, starting next month, the March CrossFit Fundamentals Course will meet Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6am and 5:30pm.  This means each Fundamentals member will complete the course in a week and a half.  For the rest of the month, every person who completes the Fundamentals Course will be able to join the regular CrossFit Class for a 3 times a week membership.

The final change is the that evening CrossFit Fundamentals class will move from 6pm to 5:30pm.  This will make it easier for each participant to get in and our earlier.  We recently expanded our space, so we will be able to handle more people at 5:30pm.
