The announcement has posted, and it is official, the Steel City Road Runners will be visiting Industrial Athletics, the Home of CrossFit Alloy, tomorrow night at 5:45pm. The Steel City Road Runners is a club of runners who get together for group runs. They launch their runs from different areas around Pittsburgh. Tomorrow, they will be coming to Industrial Athletics for a 45min introduction to CrossFit/outdoor WOD, and then they will launch their 3-5 mile run.
All of Industrial Athletics’ members are welcome to join the WOD and the run in lieu of the regular WOD.
