This Saturday is the Winter Chiller in Fairmont, WV. The Competition will be at the Falcon Center on the campus on Fairmont State University. The event will begin at 9am. As we revealed in the last Newsletter, Industrial Athletics, the Home of CrossFit Alloy, has a lot of members competing in this competition, and you won’t want to miss it. Once the competition begins, every athlete will compete in 3 WOD’s performed very quickly. After that, the fields will be cut down to 12 men and 12 women for each division. Those 12 athletes will compete in the semi finals WOD. Then there will be a cut for the final WOD. Therefore, we ask that you do your best to get there early to make sure you have a chance to see all of us put forth our best.
