Wow!!! August snuck up on us. Time for some new benchmarks. Our cardio movement for the months is the dreaded burpee. We will set our baseline today and retest at the end of the month. We are building volume in one particular movement. By the end of the month, those WODs with sets of 20 burpees won’t seem so bad.
