We are starting the week off with some heavy deadlifts followed by a complex gymnastics movement.
When you get to the burpees and muscle ups, make sure you pick a scale that is challenging. You should be able to keep moving at a steady pace. This isn’t a sprint, but you also shouldn’t have to take a lot of rest.
