Burpees and Pistols for 5/1/2018

May is here.  If April shower brings May flowers, then hopefully the weather will stay warm and the rain will taper off.  With the new month comes new benchmarks and heavy lifting days.  One of our lifts for the month is Push Press.  We will see the second heavy lift on Thursday.

We will be celebrating the 1 year birthday of babies born to our members last year on Saturday with a 10am team WOD.
