All Classes Canceled for the Summer Showdown

Because the Summer Showdown is today at CrossFit Athletics, and the number of athletes from Industrial Athletics that we have competing, all classes are canceled.  This goes for CrossFit and Yoga.

If you have time today, put on your Industrial Athletics or CrossFit Alloy gear and come over the Summer Showdown.  CrossFit Athletics always puts on a well organized, high intensity competition.  We have 7 athletes competing this summer:  Matt, Rachel, Victor, Melissa, JP, BG, and Fireman Dave.  The event is free for spectators.  It starts at 9am and will run all day.  Come for the whole thing, or just to watch an event or two.  For the athletes on the floor, it is motivating to see a sea of Blue and White cheering us on.  Here is the address:
