Today’s workout is from Jason Kalipa. We saw him post this on IG a couple of months ago and really wanted to try it. The goal is to give you a lot of moderately weighted cleans and jerks during which you can focus on each individual part of the movement. It becomes especially effective as you fatigue and really need to focus on the small details. This isn’t meant to be heavy or a struggle. Pick a good, moderate weight.
Inverted Practice
Spend 10 Minutes working on getting upside down

Every 30 Sec for 20 Min
1 Clean and Jerk (65-75%)
