Clean and Jerks for 2/2/2018

We end the work week with Clean and Jerks today.  Usually, when we go for a max load, it is high weight and low reps.  Today is the opposite.  We will be testing our ability to move light weight over more reps.  For each set, you will work up to the max weight you can do for the set, unbroken.

Industrial Athletics WOD for 2/2/2018:

20 Minutes to Find Max Load for Each:
Clean and Jerk
15, 12, 9
Rest as needed between sets
Regrip or stop on the floor is a no rep
No rep requires a full restart for that set
