Competition Kelly for 10/9/2018

IndustrialAthletics – CrossFit

It’s time for our first competition WOD for the month. We try to divide our workouts into 3 categories: Training, Skill, and Competition. Yesterdays’ WOD is an example of a skill WOD. Most of what we do are training WODs. Today, we are competing. So, 100%, stay within the chosen scale (no blending).
