There are a handful of experienced runners at Industrial Athletics/CrossFit Alloy and there are also some who are new to the sport. Edith and Jill are hoping to get those of you who are new to running out on the pavement by leading a Couch to 5K program for all who are interested. Group runs will be on Tuesday and Thursday evenings starting from Industrial Athletics and begin on June 4. For those of you not familiar with the program, click here to see what it’s all about. It is designed to help you go from inactivity to running a 5K (3.1 miles) in 9 weeks. Let Edith or Jill know if you’re interested in joining!
