CrossFit Allow WOD for 10/23/2014

We have to change the date on which we go to Gaynor’s School of Cooking.  We are not longer able to go on November 1st.  We are looking at the first Saturday in December.  If you were planing to come, will the first Saturday of December work for you?  Please let us know.

The Halloween Party is on Saturday.  Please make sure you sign up.
