CrossFit Alloy WOD for 10/25/2014 and Yoga

This Saturday is an extra exciting day at Industrial athletics. Saturday morning has the same schedule as every other Saturday morning. First at 10am is our CrossFit competition class . This class is designed for individuals who are training for, or who has competed, in local competitions. The WODs are designed to give these athletes additional work on CrossFit training. The workouts are typically heavier, more technical, and/or longer than our regular programming. Next, we have our regular CrossFit class at 11am. This class is open to all Industrial Athletics members and is the same as our regular programming, with regular scaling.  We do yoga at 12:30 p.m.. Our yoga instructor, Janna, stretches us out, helps us recover, and helps our body awareness. After a short break through the afternoon, we will see you all in the Chateau cafe around 6pm for our Halloween party!

10:00am – CrossFit Competition Class

Strength:
Weighted Pistols:
3, 3, 3 (each leg)

MetCon:
You have 3 Minutes to complete 2 Rounds of the following.  You will then rest for 1 minute and repeat for 3 more rounds, total of 4 rounds.  If you complete 2 rounds before the 3 minutes mark, you will have extra time to rest.

7 Chest to Bar Pullups
7 Shoulder to Ovearhead (155/105)
7 Burpees

11:00am – Regular CrossFit Class

You have 4 Minutes to complete 2 Rounds of the following.  You will then rest for 1 minute and repeat for 3 more rounds, total of 4 rounds.  If you complete 2 rounds before the 4 minutes mark, you will have extra time to rest.

8 Pullups
8 Shoulder to Ovearhead (135/95)
8 Burpees

12:30pm – Yoga with Janna

6:00pm – Industrial Athletics Halloween Party
