The October CrossFit Fundamentals Program starts today at 6am. For anyone who wants to try CrossFit, this is the best way to get started. Over the next 5 classes, we will introduce our new members to the basic movements, standards, and proper form. The classes meet at 6am and 5:30pm on M/W/F of this week and M/W of next week. You may attend either 6am or 5:30pm as long as you complete all 5 classes. Once completed, make sure you tell you coach that you want to continue into your 3 day a week pass for the remainder of the month and we will get you signed up.
For the rest of our members, if you see a new face, introduce your self. Remember, the Get to Know Your Fellow Members Challenge is going on right now. So, make sure you get chatty!!!
Today starts our October Strength Program. This month will feature Split Jerks and Back Squats. Make sure you are recording your numbers.
