CrossFit Alloy WOD for 10/9/2014

Are you coming to the Halloween Party?  Have you been getting to know your fellow members?  Here is a clue to help you:  This member has been to Switzerland.  Remember, the members who were chosen for this challenge have been instructed not to answer direct questions.  So walking up to all of your members and asking, “Have you been to Switzerland,” won’t necessarily get you any closer to winning.

Note:  Can’t decide on a skill?  Ask a coach to recommend one.

25 Pullups
25 Ring Dips
