Saturdays are always busy at Industrial Athletics.  We have recently changed the schedule, so make sure you look at the new times and class offers.

9:30am – CrossFit Competition Class – Designed for those who are competing

WOD 1:
Find Max Effort in 7 Minute:
1 Snatch, 2 Overhead Squats Complex

WOD 2:
As Many Reps as Possible in 10 Minutes:
5 Burpees
10 Pullups
15 Squats

WOD 3:
3 Rounds for Time:
20 Ground to Overhead (115/75)
20 Wall Balls

11:00am – Regular CrossFit Class

5 Rounds for reps
Row 100m
Max Effort Handstand Pushups for remainder of Minute
Rest 30 Sec.

5 Rounds for reps
Row 100m
Max Effort Wall Balls for remainder of Minute
Rest 30 Sec.

Noon – Mobility WOD – Open your hips

12:30pm – Yoga with Janna
