CrossFit Alloy WOD for 1/23/2015 and Olympic Lifting

Community night on Saturday night at Jill and Dude’s.  You don’t want to miss the first movie night of 2015.  Jill and Dude will be providing the movie, popcorn, and some drinks.  If you have a favorite snack or drink, bring it to share.  There is also a full kitchen at your disposal.  For directions to Jill and Dude’s make sure you ask, we don’t want to publish their address.  The event kicks off at 6pm.
