CrossFit Alloy WOD for 2/9/2015 and the Open

The 2015 Reebok CrossFit Open is quickly approaching.  The CrossFit Open is the yearly competition to determine who will start their road to the Reebok CrossFit Games.  For 5 weeks, CrossFit HQ releases one workout every Thursday night.  Participants have 5 days to complete the workout, earn a score, and post that score to the CrossFit Open website for affiliate validation.  Industrial Athletics is a registered affiliate for the CrossFit Open under our CrossFit name:  CrossFit Alloy.

As we did last year, we will post the Open workout every Friday and will hold a community Open Workout night every Friday night starting at 5:30pm.  We will run as many heats as we need until everyone has a chance to complete with workout and receive a score.
