CrossFit Alloy WOD for 4/24/2014

CrossFit Alloy WOD for 4/24/2014:


4 Rounds for Time:
10 Overhead Squats (body weight)
40 Double Unders

If you cannot proficiently perform an Overhead Squat, you will be doing Front Squats for this WOD.
