CrossFit Alloy WOD for 4/24/2014

If you have not already done so, be sure to sign up for new clothing.  We want to close the sale tomorrow so that we can have our new t-shirts and hoodies in early May.  You must sign up and pay for your t-shirts before we place the order.

CrossFit Alloy WOD for 4/24/2014:

4 Rounds for Time:
10 Overhead Squats (body weight)
40 Double Unders

If you cannot proficiently perform an Overhead Squat, you will be doing Front Squats for this WOD.
