As you will all recall, we will start capping our CrossFit classes on June 1, 2014. Â We have been surveying our morning members to determine the best class times to divide some of the morning membership. Â From those we have talked with and those who have responded to our social media, it sounds like a 5:15am and 6:15am class will be best starting point. Â Therefore, starting June 2, 2014, Monday morning will kick off our first 5:15am and 6:15am classes.
