As you will all recall, we will start capping our CrossFit classes on June 1, 2014. We have been surveying our morning members to determine the best class times to divide some of the morning membership. From those we have talked with and those who have responded to our social media, it sounds like a 5:15am and 6:15am class will be best starting point. Therefore, starting June 2, 2014, Monday morning will kick off our first 5:15am and 6:15am classes.
