CrossFit Alloy WOD for 5/29/2014

Strength:

Push Press

4 Rounds for Time:
Run 500m
5 Burpee Muscle Ups

    Platinum: As written above. The MU’s must be on the rings.

    Steel:
    4 Rounds for Time:
    Run 500m
    3 Burpee Bar Muscle Ups (may be assisted)

    Brass:
    4 Rounds for Time:
    Run 500m
    5 Burpee Chest to Bar Pullups (may be assisted)

    Bronze:
    4 Rounds for Time:
    Run 500m
    5 Burpee Pullups (may be assisted)

    For this WOD, an assisted Bar MU, chest to bar, or regular pullup is performed by doing a burpee, then stepping up on to a box and performing the pullup for the scaled group.

    Tayor Rx – 18:59 (let’s just say that I’m not a fast runner!)

    Push Press 1 RM – 105 lbs. Went light today (I have physical therapy tonight on my right shoulder) but I got to work out with the ladies. Great job Gloria and Megan! Thanks for letting me join you.
