It’s the start of a new week at Industrial Athletics. Â Today is an all barbell day.
Thank you to everyone who attended the Nutrition Seminar on Saturday. Â The food from the Cafe was fantastic. Â We have received a lot of positive feedback, so hopefully the information was helpful.
Don’t forget that the next Industrial Athletics potluck cookout will be on Saturday, June 28th. Â Because we are planning on a large turnout, we will be starting the WOD around 9am. Â We will run heats until we finish and then start eating. Â Watch for the signup sheet on the main table.

On the 1st minute, you will perform 1 push jerk. Â On the 2nd minutes, you will perform 2 push jerks. Â This WOD continues until you are unable to perform the required number of push jerks in the corresponding minute. Â You should be able to get to at least 10 minutes. Â So scale accordingly.
