CrossFit Alloy WOD for 6/16/2014

It’s the start of a new week at Industrial Athletics.  Today is an all barbell day.

Thank you to everyone who attended the Nutrition Seminar on Saturday.  The food from the Cafe was fantastic.  We have received a lot of positive feedback, so hopefully the information was helpful.

Don’t forget that the next Industrial Athletics potluck cookout will be on Saturday, June 28th.  Because we are planning on a large turnout, we will be starting the WOD around 9am.  We will run heats until we finish and then start eating.  Watch for the signup sheet on the main table.

CrossFit Alloy WOD for 6/16/2014:

Strength:

Bench Press
10, 10, 10

MetCon:

Death by Push Jerk (135/95)

On the 1st minute, you will perform 1 push jerk.  On the 2nd minutes, you will perform 2 push jerks.  This WOD continues until you are unable to perform the required number of push jerks in the corresponding minute.  You should be able to get to at least 10 minutes.  So scale accordingly.
