We have reached June of 2014. This month marks the beginning of some new items at Industrial Athletics. For starters, we are adding a 5:15am and 4:30pm class. The 6am class will change to 6:15am (Fundamentals will stay at 6am). The addition/change in class times will hopefully spread out attendance of our two largest classes: 6am and 5:30pm. June also marks the start of class capping. We will be capping our classes at 12. This will help us control class attendance to so that we can continue to offer top level programming and coaching. You must sign up for classes before you attend.
Our strength programming is also changing. This month, we will be concentrating on Bench Press and Deadlifts. Make sure you are recording your weights.
