We have reached June of 2014. Â This month marks the beginning of some new items at Industrial Athletics. Â For starters, we are adding a 5:15am and 4:30pm class. Â The 6am class will change to 6:15am (Fundamentals will stay at 6am). Â The addition/change in class times will hopefully spread out attendance of our two largest classes: Â 6am and 5:30pm. June also marks the start of class capping. Â We will be capping our classes at 12. Â This will help us control class attendance to so that we can continue to offer top level programming and coaching. Â You must sign up for classes before you attend.
Our strength programming is also changing. Â This month, we will be concentrating on Bench Press and Deadlifts. Â Make sure you are recording your weights.
