CrossFit Alloy WOD for 6/25/2014 and Olympic Lifting

The Cookout looks like it is shaping up to be a good one.  Don’t forget, everyone who is a current Industrial Athletics member is invited.  Even if you already used your 3 days a week, you may still come.  This event will not count against punch cards.  The WOD will be scaled liked everything else we do.  This cookout is especially good for our newer members to have a chance to socialize with our regulars.  See you all there!!!
