CrossFit Alloy WOD for 7/30/2014 and Olympic Lifting

As July comes to an end, August is almost here.  The upcoming events are the Summer Showdown on August 9th, CrossFit 5K on August 10th, and a Continuing Fitness Education on the Psychology of CrossFit on August 23rd.  Stay tuned as details are released.

As Many Reps as Possible in 15 Minutes:

10 Hang Power Snatches (75/55)
10 Double Unders
10 Pistols
20 Hang Power Snatches
20 Double Unders
10 Pistols
30 Hang Power Snatches
30 Double Unders
10 Pistols
. . .
and so on, adding 10 reps to snatches and double unders until time runs out.
