CrossFit Alloy WOD for 8/13/2014 and Olympic Lifting

After the special class this Saturday, we will still be having regular CrossFit class  at 11:00am and yoga at 12:30pm.  Yoga is open to all members for $5.  $7 for non-members.

Also, don’t forget that Jennifer “Joy” Gero will be giving a talk on Psychology and CrossFit next Saturday, the 23rd, at 9am in the Cafe.  All are invited. The title of the lecture:  Psychology and CrossFit:  The Impact of CrossFit Culture on the Individual Athlete.
