CrossFit Alloy WOD for 8/16/2014 – Triple 3

For anyone who watched the early days of the 2014 Reebok CrossFit Games, you will remember the dreaded Triple 3.  This WOD killed the elite competitors at the Games and made everyone question whether Rich Froning with win again.  As a send off to our college athletes from this summer, we will be trying this WOD at Industrial Athletics.  If you signed up during the week, you must be ready to go at your time.  You do not have to be there at the beginning if you have a later heat.  In order to be done by Yoga, we must stay on time.  The WOD will take roughly an hour to complete.  We will still have our regular CrossFit WOD at 11:00am.
