Don’t forget, the Summer Showdown at CrossFit Athletics is this weekend. Â The event will start on Saturday, August 9th, at 9:00am. Â It will run all day. Â We have 7 athletes from Industrial Athletics competing: Â Matt, Rachel, Melissa, JP, BG, Fireman Dave, and Victor. Â As competitors, it is amazing to have a cheering section. Enjoyed the competition with Jim and Megan on the tabata L-sit holds!
Platinum: 11:38. Just tried to chip away at those numbers. The push-ups got more tiring than I anticipated (might be due to the 30 burpees which preceded those 60 reps of push-ups).
