It’s Saturday, so we are in for a busy morning. In the coming weeks, we have to be adding a Grid League Training class. Right now, we are looking to add the class on Saturday mornings at 9am. Saturdays will be then 9am Grid League, 10am Crossfit Competition, 11am Regular CrossFit, and 12:30pm Yoga. If you are interested in Grid League training, but the 9am slot does not work for you, let us know so that we may try to accommodate in our planning.
