It’s Saturday, so we are in for a busy morning. Â In the coming weeks, we have to be adding a Grid League Training class. Â Right now, we are looking to add the class on Saturday mornings at 9am. Â Saturdays will be then 9am Grid League, 10am Crossfit Competition, 11am Regular CrossFit, and 12:30pm Yoga. Â If you are interested in Grid League training, but the 9am slot does not work for you, let us know so that we may try to accommodate in our planning.
