The 2015 CrossFit Open starts tomorrow night. Make sure you register if you want to submit your scores and compare them to CrossFitters around the world. Register at Games.CrossFit.Com . If you are doing the Open, don’t forget to take that into consideration during your regular workouts today and tomorrow. Because we do not know what the Open workouts will be from week to week, we cannot program around them.
This Saturday, from 2-4pm, we will be having an introduction to CrossFit and Yoga. The event is called Deadlifts and Downdogs. We will start with an introduction to CrossFit for anyone who has not done it before. We will continue with an introduction to Yoga. This is a perfect event for any friend or family member wanting to try either or both fitness programs. The 6:30pm CrossFit Class returns this week. Gymnastics is over for a few weeks, but will be returning in March.
