Jen and Kim have asked that we do the Crossfit benchmark workout Barbara today in honor of their mother, Barbara Griener. After a 3 year battle with cancer, their mom passed away one year ago today, September 10th 2013. She was one day shy of her 61st birthday. While their mom never understood Jen’s newfound obsession with Crossfit, she did understand fighting and never giving up, which is what we all do every day we walk into the box. Jen and Kim ask that you join them in celebrating their mom by coming in and giving it all you got today.
If you have a stopwatch, please bring it.
