CrossFit Alloy WOD, Olympic Lifting, and New Yoga Annouced

We will be adding another Yoga class to our weekly schedule starting next Tuesday, February 24th, at 7:30pm.  This class will be run by Amanda Rubio and will last for an hour.  As an additional service being added to the Industrial Athletics Fitness Products, it will have its own membership cost.  Each hour long class will cost $5 for anyone paying for another Industrial Athletics service and $7 for non-members.  While the cost is significantly less than any other yoga class in Pittsburgh, we can assure you that the quality is second to none!  If we get regular attendance, we will be adding drop-in and package options on Mindbody to be purchased with a credit card.
