CrossFit Alloy WODs but no Yoga for 2/7/2015

We are back to our regular Saturday schedule after a few convoluted weeks.  We will continue with our two different CrossFit Classes and Yoga.

CrossFit Alloy WODs for 2/7/2015:

9:30am – CrossFit Competition Class:

Max Effort in 7 Minutes

1 Push Jerk

WOD 2:
AMRAP 15 Minutes

10 Bar Facing Burpees

WOD 3:
30 Muscle Ups for Time
