CrossFit Games Open WOD 14.2

Quick Reminder:  Competition Class is at Saturday at 10am tomorrow, Regular CrossFit Class is Saturday at 11am, Yoga is Saturday at 12:30pm.

It is week 2 of the CrossFit Open.  How did you shape up after week one?

CrossFit Games Open 14.2:

Every 3 minutes for as long as possible complete:

From 0:00-3:00

2 rounds of:

10 overhead squats (95/65)

10 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 3:00-6:00

2 rounds of:

12 overhead squats

12 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 6:00-9:00

2 rounds of:

14 overhead squats

14 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Etc., following same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds

Your score is the number of reps you complete before failure.

    Chin over bar pullups

    Brass:
    Same rep scheme as above:
    Overhead Squats (65/45)

    Bronze:
    Same rep scheme as above:
    Overhead Squats (45/35)
    Jumping chin over the bar pullups
