CrossFit Games Open WOD 14.3

It is week number 3 of the CrossFit Games Open.  So far, it has proven to be eye-opening.  Some have done well so far with workouts geared toward his/her strength.  Some have found unexpected weaknesses.  We are sure 14.3 will be no different.

CrossFit Games Open WOD 14.3:

Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
135-lb. deadlifts, 10 reps (95 women) (65 master)
15 box jumps, 24-inch
185-lb. deadlifts, 15 reps (135) (95)
15 box jumps, 24-inch
225-lb. deadlifts, 20 reps (155) (115)

    14.3 – 103 reps This truly was an ascending latter of pain!

    14.3 Masters RX’d: 95
    Accidentally did 10 extra pounds in the 3rd and 4th rounds (did 125 instead of 115 and did 145 instead of 135)
    My goal was 91 so I’m happy.
