It is week number 4 of the Reebok CrossFit Games Open.  Did you watch the announcement last night?  Are you ready to give it a shot.  WOD 14.4 will be run all day today.  Our biggest class will be at 5:30pm.

40 wall-ball shots, 20 / 14 lb.
30 cleans, 135 / 95 lb.
20 muscle-ups

    Platinum: As written above. Mens wallballs are to 10ft, Women’s wallballs are to 9ft. Muscle Ups must be on the rings.
