CrossFit Games Open WOD 14.5 and Olympic Lifting

This is it!!!  The CrossFit Games Open comes down to this WOD.  This is the final WOD that individual Athletes will use to work into Regionals.  Or, for athletes like our Masters Athlete Susan, this is the final WOD to work into the top 200 in the world.  We will be watching Susan closely.  GO GET THEM!!!

If you are available at 5:30pm, please come cheer on Susan so she can secure you top 200 finish.

Thrusters, 95 / 65 lb.
Bar Facing Burpees
