We return to the CrossFit Open today. Years ago, the Open began with 7 min of burpees. Your score was the number of burpees you achieved in 7 minutes. Each burpee finished by jumping and touching a target 6 inches above your standing reach. Since then, everyone speculates each year that this WOD will be the repeat Open WOD for that year. Fortunately, we haven’t seen it yet, so we will do it today . . . with a small add-on.
