CrossFit Open WOD 14.1

The CrossFit Games Open is here!  Did you watch the video announcement for the first WOD?  Are you super motivated to give it a shot?  Today is your first chance.  All classes will be doing the WOD.  The 5:30pm class is the time to come do it in small groups so we have spectators cheering you on.  We will have judges available for validation.

CrossFit Open WOD 14.1

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 Double-unders
15 Power snatches (75/55)

    25 Double Unders
    10 Power Snatches (75/55)

    AMRA 10 Min:
    25 Double Unders or 75 Single Unders
    10 Power Snatches (65/45)

    AMRAP 10 Min:
    50 Single Unders
    7 Power Snathes (55/35)
