The CrossFit Games Open is here! Â Did you watch the video announcement for the first WOD? Â Are you super motivated to give it a shot? Â Today is your first chance. Â All classes will be doing the WOD. Â The 5:30pm class is the time to come do it in small groups so we have spectators cheering you on. Â We will have judges available for validation.
