CrossFit Open WOD 14.4 for 8/10/2015

Today, we honor our August 2015 Athlete of the Month:  Jacob Maddigan.  He is unfortunately leaving us the end of this month for bigger and better things as he moves out West.  Before he goes, he has chosen this workout as his workout of the month.  It is a throwback to the CrossFit Open in 2014.  The first ever “Chipper” done at the CrossFit Open.  If you were able to do it during the Open in 2014, use today as a test to see if you are getting stronger and/or faster.  If you didn’t have a chance to do it last year, this is a fun one, so enjoy.

    Platinum: As written above. Mens wallballs are to 10ft, Women’s wallballs are to 9ft. Muscle Ups must be on the rings.
