Today, Industrial Athletics is holding the CrossFit Open WOD 15.3 Â The announcement was amazing last night. Â We can’t wait to tackle it today. Â Every class will be doing the Open 15.3 WOD. Â The 5:30pm class has traditionally been the place to be on Friday nights during the Open. Â With plenty of judges, participants, and spectators, the environment is high energy.
