CrossFit Open WOD 15.3

Today, Industrial Athletics is holding the CrossFit Open WOD 15.3  The announcement was amazing last night.  We can’t wait to tackle it today.  Every class will be doing the Open 15.3 WOD.  The 5:30pm class has traditionally been the place to be on Friday nights during the Open.  With plenty of judges, participants, and spectators, the environment is high energy.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 14 minutes of:
7 muscle-ups
50 wall-ball shots (20/14)(10’/9′)
100 double-unders
